Shipping & Pick-Up

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

www.winwinapparelusa.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as 2-Day Air, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed, but this depends on the volume of orders we receive. Our busiest times start from August until the end of the year. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. 

All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via FedEx. Win Win Apparel USA ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by FedEx.

 

Third party carriers

Third party carrier options are available upon request. (buyer can email shipping label from any other carrier and is responsible for scheduling pick-up)

Buyer must notify they will email shipping label upon placing order (once payment is processed we cannot modify shipping)

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address (USPS options are available for PO Boxes). Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Win Win Apparel USA cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories:
Only standard delivery is available.
All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

PICKUP

buyer can add note on order stating they will pick up. 

Pick up is only at warehouse address:

hours of pick up 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday

(once payment is processed we cannot modify shipping)

Upon arrival please come inside building sign in and someone will assist you with your package.

CARGO DROP OFF

cargo / transport drop off is only available if location is local (La Fashion district area)

Buyer must add note stating the name and address of where our driver will be dropping off. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We provide International shipping including Canada, UK, Europe, South America upon arrangement. International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder, and please contact us for additional information for shipping quotation. All International sales are final
